Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time, as long as the artwork ordered has not been shipped by the artist. In order to process the cancellation, please contact us on below e-mail simply explaining that you no longer wish to place the order: contact@mywallgallery.co.uk. If the artwork has not been shipped by the time the artist is notified, you will not be charged at all. Simple. The order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please, make sure that you include Authenticy Certificate(s). The return would have to be posted at your own cost and risk. Hence, we suggest purchasing insurance for postage. All correspondence regarding the return of the Artwork shall be carried out between you and us and the Artist directly may not be contacted for any reason. In order to cancel the order, please contact us by e-mail.

Your legal rights in relation to Artwork in case it is faulty or not as described are also available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Only the orders for the artworks commissioned by an artist for you may not be cancelled.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

 

Payments policy

 

Payments

We accept payments with all major cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

You can only pay for the Artwork using the payment methods displayed. Payments are debited for the amounts payable. You must pay us the full price in British pounds before we can enter the contract and send to you the Artwork. All sums due must be paid to us without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

Delivery Policy

As we work with variety of different artists and each piece is dispatched directly from the

artist, delivery times can vary. Normally you should receive your piece within maximum of

fourteen working days. In case of multiple order, we will dispatch each item as soon as

possible. We will provide you with a tracking number once the Artwork have been shipped.
